Biologist

Julie is a biologist with Mount Hood Environmental where she focuses on impacts of water diversions on entrainment of sensitive native anadromous salmonids.  She is a fish ecologist and her previous research involved the development of field-based body composition assessments of channel catfish in the Southeast. Her interests are primarily in conservation and management of native fish species and their habitats. Julie received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Sweet Briar College in 2013 and master’s degree in Fisheries and Allied Aquaculture from Auburn University in 2017.
