Ben is a fisheries technician at Mount Hood Environmental. His work is centered around collecting field data, managing project databases, and designing protocols for data collection. Ben has spent eight years working in a variety of natural resources positions from the Oregon coast to the high deserts of the intermountain west. He is a well-rounded field technician who is proficient in a multitude of techniques used to observe, capture, and measure fish and wildlife and their natural environment. In his spare time Ben can be found searching out and exploring wild places throughout the Pacific Northwest. Ben holds a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife from Oregon State University where he specialized in stream and riparian ecology.
